The Stapelford Miniature Railway, 10.25 inch gauge, at Stapleford Park, near Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire is currently open to the public in June and August. The railway is owned by the Gretton family who own farming land at Stapleford. Volunteers run and maintain the railway, the locomotives and rolling stock, which is financed by two annual shows. The June show (two days) is held over the second weekend in June and the August Show (three days) over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
